Amanda's Early Personal Experience with Self-Development and Meditation

Since her childhood, this topic has always been her natural habitat and her personal path.

I used to spend half of my free time on self-help books when I was only eight. The other half was spent on cute stationery items (laughs). Developing my intuition, my health and my creativity was a serious endeavor for me, even being still a small child. I simply knew that life was inviting me to dive in and I felt the urge to surrender myself to its mysteries.

When a child, I was taken to alternative doctors from China and Japan to receive Acunpucture and other alternative and holistic therapies. Their clinics' decoration, books, demeanors, peaceful waiting rooms, tools and habits impressed me forever. […]

I also remember going to Meditation sessions as early as 10 years old and learning very early the impact of the mind and the emotions on the body and vice-versa.
